Originally starting as a work of fan fiction, Rebound became something that really stands alone quite well, and it was the first novella I completed.

Rebound is a soft science fiction story that deals with the future in a society of space-travelling refugees who have finally found their home, but must now become explorers to keep it, and the consequences of mind-machine interfaces, technologies of mass destruction, exile and political retribution.

While I initially considered Rebound complete, by my current standards it is somewhere between a first and second draft and will need revising, and given that my writing has moved forward quite a bit since finishing this story, I am currently retaining it rather than seeking feedback or a submission. I am not currently working on Rebound.
